1. Request for the returned or exchanged items:
a. Items received within same day of the original order delivery date;
b. Items received unused not in damaged or worn condition;
c. Final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;
d. Items received in original packaging.
2. My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my delivery charge?
Delivery Cost is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a delivery error.
3. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Ktmoffers.com You can return your item(s) for a full refund within the same day of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s delivery fee on your own.
4. I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?
Exchange is welcome if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise with your purchase within same day of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s delivery fee on your own. Please remember to use our paper bags with item code stickers.
5. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card Company, your credit may take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.
